It truly is a 5 star glamming experience in every way! You can opt for self catering and the provision for that is outstanding - or do what we did, used the restaurant on site. They will also bring the restaurant to your tent and you just order from the menu! Every evening there was a full turn down service so that your tent was warm and cosy and heating, including electric blankets supplied. Our stay was in August so chilly at night. Our tent was in front of the river and every evening we lit a fire and gazed at the stunning night sky. An absolutely clear sky and we could switch off the main light switch to facilitate this. Though remote we had excellent wifi facilities. The staff were superb hosts and made sure every expectation of our stay was met and more. When we received our joining instructions and realised our little car would struggle with the road to Mbizane, a member of staff gave us secure parking at her home and took us to the site with all our luggage. We really appreciated this as the road is challenging. However, with the option to get a lift on a 4x4 vehicle this was no longer a problem.

We had the villa which was very clean. The staff were great. The food was amazing, I requested vegetarian which was really good. The waterhole were animals come to drink. We saw all the Big 5 (we did 6 game drives). It felt like a home away from home. Will recommend it to everyone.

A wonderful location with very friendly staff, providing everything you need and more. We loved the warm welcome, the great view over Olifant river from the restaurant and our Rhino Tent. We felt pampered by the good care that was taken of us and loved the game drives.

These air-conditioned tents are situated near the dam and feature a deck with plunge pool. Phelwana Game Lodge is located in the Hoedspruit area and 47 km away from Kruger Park's Orpen Gate. The staff at Phelwana are simply the best. Katie and her team were very accommodating and especially helpful when we had a minor medical emergency. They were the family away from home we needed!

The bungalows are very spacious and charming. They have magnificent views (including great sunrises). In the morning, we were even woken up by two giraffes passing by. The dinner was delicious!

Přírodní rezervace Rocky Drift se nachází v krásném uzavřeném údolí v okrese Waterval Boven, Mpumalanga. Pristine nature! Cosy cottage with the stream running right in front of it. Very safe! The host was amazing, I think she really has a heart for people.
