The overall experience at Rixos Sharm was exceptionally AMAZING! Perfect getaway for couples. The staff were warm and friendly, the facilities very clean, room very comfortable, food amazing, wonderful activities and the pool is such a heavenly view. So much to keep you entertained. Never a dull moment. Abraham that works in the main cafe was the best. He was very warm, friendly and accommodating. He anticipated our needs and provided quite well. We stayed 4 nights and that was just the perfect amount of time. Will definitely be returning to Rixos Sharm.

Facility is very attractive , nice gardens , nice pools with slides and kids area beach and sea view are charming , coral and colored fish just right to the resort beach deserve a dive. Most important thing is that staff always try to do the best for you . Water activity desk in the reception with Zain is great .. conciege with mahmoud , ali & karem are great helpful people . House keeping in the second floor with Ahmed Fathi are very helpful staff . Taxi service with Basem and Ibrahim the driver are fast and accurate with normal prices. Food and staff at restaurant are helpful with smile , special thanks to senior chef Mustafa Abbas . Also staff at the reception desk are very helpful with fast 1 minute check in and check out ! For me , to Stays at Jollie ville Golf and I am thinking in the third one !!
