Amazing stay, the villa is absolutely stunning, and everything you could possibly want or need is there. The pool, jacuzzi, and outside spaces were perfect for a large family holiday. Kevin was extremely helpful and attentive. Nothing was too much trouble. This was our first experience booking a villa and would definitely book again.

Location was brilliant. Close to the beach, the bars and Mercadona. Swimming pool was amazing and quiet, air conditioning was very effective. Big fridge with good size freezer - fully equipped kitchen, plenty of wardrobe space. Outside seating areas perfect, morning sun in the front, evening sun in the back.

Great property, well-equipped, clean, spacious. There is everything to have a good time on holiday. The terrace is a big plus, a great place to relax outdoors. Also the swimming pool, uncrowded with a beautiful view of the ocean and surroundings.

The bungalow/apartment itself is spacious, clean and generally in good condition. Good beds. The neighborhood/bungalow area (ex. hotel complex?) is very quiet and nearest neighbors seem to be permanent residents. Pool area good and very few people around, pool not heated though. Nice terrace, backyard and balcony. Location OK - short distance to the beach, big supermarket and (half-empty) shopping mall with some restaurants. All in all good for family stay!

We had there a great stay during the Christmas. Everything was perfect. The house is big enough for a family of 4 (2 kids and 2 adults) and the area is safe as there’re gates to get to the estate. Everything was clean and all the amenities available. There are two yards outside the house, in front of it and the backyard , so there’s always some sunny spot in the morning and afternoon. The Maspalomas beach is 10 minutes away by car but we found it very windy. However, there are two other great beaches in approximately 12-14 minutes away by car - Playa de Las Burras & Playa de las Igles which are absolutely fabulous. Dunia & Javier met us on arrival. Very nice and beautiful people. Thank you!
