United StatesReception was lovely from the get go with a very warm welcome. The lobby was buzzing with people having tea and drinks and it was beautifully decorated for the holidays. Our room was beautiful, huge, and sparkling clean. Parking on the premises was a huge bonus.

IrelandEverything was spot on. Beautiful room, friendly, professional staff, breakfast was varied and delicious. I was upgraded to an executive suite in the newer part of the hotel and the room was fantastic, with a stunning view of the bay. I was there for a large conference so the hotel was very busy and the staff took everything in their stride. I can't fault any aspect of my stay. 10/10.
