Beautiful Alpine Lodge, you know you’re in a beautiful lodge when you can still smell the wood. The most friendly accommodating staff thats were so genuine and happy to be working at this lodge. You can tell that they really have a lot of pride and happiness working here. Restaurant, service and the food was exceptional! Spa was perfect, not over the top but the simplicity makes it calming. Room was calm and welcoming. A couple of welcome gifts on the bed were a lovely touch. The use of a small pack to use whilst out and about hiking in our room was very convenient and useful.

Their staff are very friendly. this is my first time to St Moritz, and I definitely love this place , most of the reason because of Nira alpina's excellent service. Thank you for making us a wonderful vacation. I miss all in St Moritz.

This hotel has raised the bar on hotels for us, we have been traveling overseas for 15 years and the service here was the best we have ever experienced and it was authentic!!! The property feels like a fairy tale, the food was incredible and breakfast was wonderful. It was truly an experience, watching the little squirrel dance around the trees while having breakfast, the super friendly and lovely waiter at dinner while we ate Italian, my husbands mini birthday cake at breakfast… truly it was very very special.

It’s a historic building run for generations by the same family. Renovated with great taste and a special flair. The service is outstanding, staff very helpful, friendly and professional, paying attention to all the small extras. Food is delicious, from breakfast to dinner, with high quality local products.
