Boasting cosy and bright-coloured living space, Cassia Bintan, part of Banyan Group is located in Lagoi, 44 km from Desaru. This hotel was fantastic, we had to cancel a trip to Bali due to weather and picked this as an alternative and couldn't have been happier. The staff went above and beyond and after asking for something special for my parents 40th wedding anniversary they left a beautiful message on their bed for check in. The beach is really nice and the infinity pool was really nice. There are multiple restaurants to choose from so there was always something for everyone.

Amazing staff who are obviously well trained and well motivated. If we needed anything the staff were there in seconds to help, with a smile. Lots of facilities and activities available in the complex. Decent value with half board and transfers included from ferry terminal.
