The overall experience at the hotel is wonderful! It is a small boutique hotel where one can be in close contact with the super friendly and helpful staff! The view (we stayed in an room with sea view was wonderful and the room very clean and lovely.

Everything was well-organized. The staff were incredibly friendly and professional. The entire facility is clean, luxurious, and well hidden from outside the complex (an old tomato factory). We loved the breakfast – especially thanks to the whole team and their supervisor. Free parking is available nearby, and everything Palermo has to offer is within walking distance, including the central bus station (for the airport, etc.). We would definitely book it again.

We had a wonderful time staying at this beautifully renovated apartment with our family. The location is perfect for exploring Palermo—central, lively, yet peaceful thanks to excellent window insulation. While it's on a busy street, we slept very well; light sleepers may appreciate earplugs, though we didn’t find it necessary. The apartment itself is stunning: high ceilings, original floors, and stylish, modern furniture. Everything felt thoughtfully designed and exceptionally clean. The bed was very comfortable, and having an elevator in the building was a definite plus. We were especially touched by the generous welcome gift—such a lovely gesture! Communication with the host was effortless. He was incredibly polite, helpful, and quick to respond. He even offered professional cleaning services, fresh towels, and airport transport (all for very reasonable fees), which made everything feel seamless and luxurious. There’s a coffee machine, which we really enjoyed using in the mornings in addition to the 2 balconies. Honestly, I wouldn’t consider staying anywhere else when returning to Palermo. This apartment was simply too good to take the risk.

We really liked everything. You can park the car right in front of the building — there was always a spot available. The hot tub was perfect after a long walk. There was even a corkscrew, which is important — frequent travelers will understand me 😂. On the downside: the whole garbage saga. I received detailed instructions on sorting and disposing of the trash, but either I didn’t understand them or simply didn’t want to get into it. So the trash traveled with me until I found the nearest unsorted container. Also, there was no knife (or maybe I just didn’t find it). Overall, I definitely recommend these apartments — we really enjoyed our stay. And if you’re a recycling enthusiast, this place will be absolute heaven for you.

There is nothing not to like! It’s simply amazing! Surroundings are beautiful, the facilities are of the top notch, the staff is very nice and welcoming! Starting from our communication on details of arrival, through check-in and induction on facilities by Federica, assistance in booking of nearby restaurant, and next morning- breakfast and check-out by Serena - all was great, and if we ever get back to Sicily - this will be one of main reasons!
