The staff Mr. Siu Chi Yung is so nice and he help us to play the fireworks outdoor, the kids are so happy about that . He also help us to arrange the tennis court when we needed help. Facility was well decorated and super clean. We got upgraded to a better room, which had view of Mt Aso. Bed was comfortable. Hotel looks better than the photos.
