We stayed three days in Beppu over New Year's. The apartment was clean, the room was specularly decorated (we're Pokémon fans, so we couldn't have asked for better) and the futons were quite comfortable. Toshi-san is a great host and involved us in many traditional Japanese customs while we were there. Location is great too, with many onsens, restaurants and the hells of Beppu well within walking distance. Definitely recommend!

Lovely place about a 10-15 minute walk from the train station. We were there on 2 cold days in March but our room was warm with a heater and electric blankets. Very comfortable beds and an onsen in the room. We had a beautiful view out our window and in nice weather it would be lovely to sit outside but not on this visit. You eat downstairs in a pleasant dining room. The 2 dinners were fabulous and well prepared but we couldn't eat much of the breakfast (it was all Japanese), other guests loved it. But on the second day the cooks made us a delicious breakfast that kept us going all day. The owner is very helpful, he cares a lot about his guests, he's still working on the place and it will be really nice when it's done.

The onsen in the room was fantastic. The room was huge and had a great traditional feel. The garden outside and the shogi screens really gave it a cosy feeling.

We have a nice day in the Retreat. Although the weather is not good on the day of arrival (so heavy rain), but we got a happy day in the tent and we enjoy the delicious BBQ so much . The staff Mr. Siu Chi Yung is so nice and he help us to play the fireworks outdoor, the kids are so happy about that . He also help us to arrange the tennis court when we needed help. Thank you so much , Mr. Siu Chi Yung ☺️

Objekt Himawari u gradu 'Minami Aso' nudi pogled na planinu, vrt, zajednički salon i terasu. U cijelom objektu na raspolaganju je besplatan WiFi, a dostupno je i besplatno privatno parkiralište. The owner was so welcoming. Facility was well decorated and super clean. We got upgraded to a better room, which had view of Mt Aso. Bed was comfortable. Hotel looks better than the photos.

Objekt Akarinoyado Togetsu nalazi se u gradu 'Beppu', u regiji Oita, na 26 km od znamenitosti Stadion Oita Bank Dome i 5,9 km od znamenitosti Željeznički kolodvor Beppu, a sadrži bar. The dinner and breakfast both exceeded our expectations as did all staff we encountered. Appreciated the shuttle back to the station after we checked out.

SEKIYA RESORT Terrace Midoubaru is located a 15-minute drive from JR Beppu Station and boasts guestrooms with a semi open-air bath. Guests can soak in the hot spring bath. The property had everything we needed but was still close enough to a convenience store, restaurants and other attractions.
