The property is beautiful, everything looks perfect, my room was huge and very comfortable. You are so close to the Medina and you can walk to find everything. I walked a few minutes to see the blue gate that is gorgeous. Every single person that works in this place made our days fantastic, I’m very great full with each of them. Today we had our taxi at 6 am and they hay our breakfast ready in a bag for the train. I would highly recommend this property

I could stay on the terrace for hours. This place is the OASIS of Fez. The building is perfectly restored by the hard work of the wonderful hosts Marjorie and Pascal - the soul of the place. Rooms were very clean, breakfast was very good. This place should be on anyone list if going to Fez. This place is better than the photos.

Set in Fès, 300 metres from Open Air Tannery (Fes), Riad Batchisarai features air-conditioned rooms. Guests can enjoy the on-site restaurant. Certain rooms include a seating area where you can relax. Wonderful stay, great hospitality and service. Welcome tea was much needed after getting caught in a downpour. Clean, comfortable, spacious room- as described. Pictures were accurate so no nasty surprises. It was only a short visit but appreciated Mouad and Mounir messaging during the day to check we were ok. Breakfast was delicious and plentiful. The team went the extra mile to ensure we were able to have breakfast before we caught an early train back. Highly recommend. Would happily return.
