I don't think I could write enough good things about this hotel. We booked this because of the proximity to the hospital as my mother was there, but we would come back for the amenities (the pool is amazing, the gym is huge), the food (everything they make is delicious) and the overall kindness and compassion of the staff. They went above and beyond and made the best out of a bad situation. We will never forget them! Thank you for everything!

Great hotel with a small but sufficient gym, staff are really qualified especially in restaurants and always willing to help, that change completely your stay you’re immediately more relax. Room size and amenities are very good with a private balcony, we were on 8th floor beachside so no noise from the road in front of the hotel. We only tried the breakfast at 6th floor because we are late eater, it was really appreciated that they offer that, you can eat there until 11:15 am approximately. Buffet at the 6th floor was decent, I guess you have more choice at the ground floor but it felt more like a cantine.

Sunway Hotel Seberang Jaya is located in Perai, within 700 metres of Sunway Carnival Mall and 12 km of Penang Bridge. Location was good had a lot of shops near the hotel. Shopping mall was walking distance away.

Very close to shops, mydin mall, bertam sunshine night market. Best value accommodation in bertam. Owner is very friendly. All rooms have air conditioning and maintained very well.
