A real 5 star’ hotel, with excellent services. The staff is very competent, polite and efficient. Rooms are extremely comfortable, equipped with all necessary amenities. Breakfast was wonderful, with varied products, of excellent quality. It was a wonderful stay - we are looking forward to our next stay!

Furnas is a magical place. This was our third here, coning back for the thermal bath experience (24/7) and botanic gardens. Few people in the winter season (Christmas time), variety of choices for breakfast, friendly staff. Also, basic breakfast options, if you check out very early.

Everything was great. Furnas is well situated for discovering a lot on Sao Miguel. The staff is very friendly and helpful whenever a question came up they were able to help. the Fitness room is well equipped, the pool nice for some swimming. The houses have everything necessary. Breakfast has nice local food, i really recommend the "volcano bread". The garden is nice for some leisure stroll. There is a separate set of dark towels ready to take to the thermal springs! Supermarkets and good restaurants are close by (about 10min walk), hot springs can be reached by foot too. In a radius of about 30-35min driving distance are a lot of possibilities, like for hiking, canyoning, whale watching, the tea plantation and more.

Iris and the staff were super-friendly, caring and always ready to help in any issues. I recommend it to everyone!

She was so kind, always smiling and taking care of our needs, sending us a long list of recommendations, really caring from the bottom of her heart ❤️ Then, the accomodation looks so much better in real life than in the pics, it was a really nice experience to collect eggs and feed the chickens and talk to Lara the queen of parrots. We also enjoyed the relaxing jacuzzi, and we were even able to use the laundry room free of charge! This is the best place in Sao Miguel we're sure!

Quinta dos 10 มีทำเลที่ตั้งอยู่ห่างจากจุดชมวิว Pico do Carvao 16 กม. We had a fantastic stay. Amazing place, very clean, has a great view, good location. The unit has kitchen with all needed items if you want to cook your own meals. The fridge is stuffed with food - milk, butter, cheese, juice, eggs, all you need for breakfast for first couple of days. Ana and her staff are super welcoming.

Very clean and comfortable, this private apartment is situated right in the city center, next to some highly recommended restaurants and cafés. Apart from being comfortable, super clean, with everything that you need inside, we gladly learned that it is quiet too. The owner was more than friendly, always there to help if needed.
