I don't know where to start talking about it, is it the kindness and attention of Emi, the owner of the villa, the location of the villa is close to everywhere, or the fact that the rooms are very new, spacious and clean. We had a great holiday, most of it was due to the fact that we stayed here, we found Emi's villa while we were running away from another hotel and we are glad we stayed there, everything was taken into consideration. Emi helped us about beach and even about bus. Thank you for everything, you should definitely choose this place to stay.

Everything was perfect. The house was beautiful with a wonderful garden, and the hosts were really tender and caring. I want to highlight the beautiful garden that A and E have, we spent there long hours in the afternoon after a full day at the beach. We also used to have breakfast there, enjoying the view and talking with them and other guests. It was 5 min walk away from the beach, and also 15 min walk from Ksamil center. This is perfect since the center was too crowded and chaotic. The room was well equipped, and if you missed anything you could ask the hosts and they would be always happy to help. Everything was super clean, they keep everything impolute.

I was there for one night stay in december the room was cold when we entered but after using the ac tepmerature was ok . the breakfast area was closed for the winter time so we got room breakfast ,i would say breakfast was what you pay for.

It was a very lovely and comfort stay. The view from the balcony was breathtaking! In the room we had everything, that we needed. Not far from all the restaurants, shops and the beaches. The hosts were very friendly and kind, even made for us a nice breakfast. It was a plus , that we could pay for the room by card and had extra blankets.

One of the best accommodations I have experienced, the staff were very helpful, friendly and informative. The building was new and the rooms were clean and tidy. The facilities were always clean, the maid came every day to clean the room which is always welcome. When we came back from the beach, the room was always clean. In the kitchen we had all the basic accessories you might need for food preparation if you want to cook your own meal. The food in the restaurant was very tasty.
