Location is beautiful and was simple to find. Was manageable with kids to walk to waterfall from there. Decided to get a bit closer to the path to Blue Eye by car, but it is still not very far. Zipline is 5 min away. Rooms were cozy, food was delicious, views fabulous, people hospitable and welcoming.

The views!!! 360° of mountains! The owner was incredibly kind and provided delicious breakfasts (included) and dinners (extra cost), both with lots of homemade good food. The accommodations were spacious and clean.

What an amazing experience!! Marash and Albina were such kind and generous hosts, and were quite communicative despite the language barrier. Definitely have breakfast and dinners at the property/farm; the food is plentiful, fresh, delicious (especially the dairy from their cow and my boyfriend loved the breakfast petulla!). The homemade wine was delicious as well. The view from the garden and our room was simply amazing. We loved how the mountains changed depending on time of day and lighting. The room itself was rustic and simple, but comfortable. Thank you Marash and Albina, as well as Fred and Martina. And special shout-out to Sweety, the friendliest cat I’ve ever met!!! Warning: It is definitely a challenge to find and get to the property from Theth main village- either a 40 minute hike or 15 minute bumpy drive (IF you have a 4x4 car!!) but it’s worth it for the draw dropping views and peace and quiet.

Wonderful location, we got there via a little hike going up from the church which was beautiful. The host family is absolutely lovely. They don't speak any English but it was no problem and we immediately felt welcome and at home. The food was delicious and a huge portion. The room was super cozy and fitting the scenery. It was very clean and comfortable.
