There's everything you may need in very good conditions. The staff is awesome. Gevorg treated me like a brother since the first day and he gave me homemade gata (delicious Armenian traditional sweet) on the last day. He was always very responsive to my messages. I came during low season and he even offered me to stay one more day for free, which I couldn't reject given the treatment and the amazing surroundings in Goris. Most of the hikes start from the southern part of the city and the location of this apartment is great. There are also some grocery stores nearby and restaurants aren't far (5-7 minutes walking). Can't wait to come back next year in spring or summer.

Excellent place to stay! Exceptionally clean. We were lucky enough to have the place to ourselves but even with more guests there is so much room and it is kept so clean it would be no problem. The outside seating area is lovely with a view of Old Goris. If you are walking the Goris to Tatev trail this is right on it! It is a little further from town than other places but that is reflected in the price. It is only 20 minute walk to the "centre" and inexpensive taxi to the "bus station". The shower had hot water and there was a washing machine. There was a kitchen. Everything felt brand new. The host is lovely. The wifi worked very well. I was able to have video calls on my laptop. Nice and quiet too. We slept very well. I recommend this place a lot. Thanks!

The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-equipped, with everything I needed for a comfortable stay, with AC that heats the room, a TV, fridge and a kitchen (no oven). The location is perfect, within easy walking distance of the city center and all the main attractions. But the best part of the apartment is the host. He wants to help you as much as he can. I really recommend staying at his apartment not only for one night. The Goris region is really amazing and worth staying more nights to explore it.
