We arrived later than anticipated and had not received their message about a room.change, and the hostess was so kind and accommodating! We felt well cared for and appreciated her hospitality after our very long travel day! The apartment exceeded all our expectations!! Very very comfortable and a fantastic location!

They were incredibly nice people. Bed was comfortable. Breakfast was excellent particularly the breakfast meats which come from their butcher shop on the first floor. We got a sandwich there for lunch . It was also clean and quiet. Rooms are sufficient for a couple. Near the park and a short walk to historic area on the other side.

Is was a nice, clean appartement, but unfortunately the smell from the bathroom facilities was terrible. The bathroom itself was clean and met my expectations, but the smell was unbearable.

The room is quite comfortable. The building is pleasant. Be aware that there is no elevator and steep stairs to upper floors. Can't comment on the breakfast since we didn't buy it. The price (60€ in mid-February) would have been reasonable (but not a bargain) except for the problems. The housekeeper was friendly and polite.

Very comfortable ground floor studio with good sized bathroom and kitchen. After 3 weeks travelling a washing machine was a great facility! Quiet location, comfortable bed, we had very good night sleep. Close to supermarket, 3 minutes walk Pleasant flat walk into Graz Centre of about 15 minutes Parking at the front was very convenient and felt very secure

Booked same day but hosts were very communicative to supply access information and entry codes. Beautiful spacious room with additional pull-out sofa, kitchenette, balcony and separate bathroom and hallway areas. Tastefully decorated throughout. The best thing however is the location, walking distance to old town Gratz and with a nearby parking facility included in the price!

Loved everything! Espresso in the apartment, fresh buns and bread at Martin Auer bakery just downstairs. Grocery store also right there, as well as a bus stop connecting to downtown. Full kitchen with everything you need, including a dishwasher. Washing machine with laundry pods, iron, and drying rack in the bathroom. Perfect!

Clean, small but cozy rooms with very nice bathroom. Very friendly staff and excellent location of the hotel, right next to a tramway station. Many utilities - shared kitchen with dining tables, bar, luggage room, laundry room etc.

We loved this cosy apartment! The host is super nice, the apartment is clean, very comfortable and stylish, the kitchen is well equipped. The house is close to the center and there is a Billa just around the corner. We really appreciated the welcome red wine 🙂 There is a parking place under the house for a reasonable price.
