At the very beginning thanks for very warm welcome. They have really good communication. Although I booked single room, they provided bigger and double room. Breakfast was really good. They have free parking for your car and bike. A1 cable car is reachable by walking. Really recommend for hikers and cyclists. They provide silvretta premium summer card and you can use unlimited time during your stay period.

Wow. Just… wow. This "3-star" hotel? More like 5-stars-plus-plus! Seriously, someone needs to call the rating agency and fix this mistake. From the moment we walked in, we were treated like royalty—scratch that—like family royalty. The customer service here? Unreal. Everyone knew our names, and this was our first stay! It was like staying at Cheers, where everybody knows your name, but with way better views and no Norm hogging the bar. Speaking of food, let’s give a standing ovation to the chef. Roast beef and sauerkraut? Heavenly. Sauces? Mind-blowing. And that chocolate cake topped with ice cream? STOP IT! I’d come back for that alone. Chef, you’re officially the MVP. Then there’s the restaurant setup—personalized tables with room numbers? Fancy, right? It made dining feel exclusive and stress-free. The spa? Oh, let me tell you about the spa. Hot tub, sauna, steam room, AND ultraviolet therapy? I walked out of there feeling like a whole new person. And the room? It wasn’t just a room—it was a mini-cabin of cozy luxury with breathtaking views. It was so astonishing, I almost didn’t want to leave… until I remembered the free shuttle that takes you everywhere. Town, slopes, back to town—you name it, they’ve got you covered. And can we talk about Frita? She’s the heart and soul of this place. Frita went above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. If she ever leaves, this hotel loses at least one star, guaranteed. Final verdict: Best. Hotel. In. Austria. We’ll be back, no question. Room was spacious and clean. Safe parking right by the building. Ski locker room with boot dryer. Breakfast was delicious and generous with a lot of fresh choices. Great coffee. The owners are very courteous. I recommend this hotel/pension without hesitation. Not sure I will ever find a better place period. Also, a bakery and a bicycle rental shop are in the same building.
