Great location, friendly staff and owner, well maintained establishment, clean room with extra caring touches like the usb charger (regular and type C) which was very helpful, having a water hose in the bathroom was a great surprise for us :) The owner gave us a tourist card for zel am see and kaprun which allowed us to take the cable care till the top of salzburge for free

Everything! We've been in Kaprun 7-8 times, but this is the best accomodation we ever had. The view from the room is just STUNNING! Adds so much to the experience. The house is a bit above Kaprun, but you dont need to go on abandoned roads in the forest, it is just a hundred meter away from the last house. The house is clean, beautiful and quiet. The room was very practical, you have enough place for your ski gear. The host are very nice and flexible (we had to bring one day earlier our booking and it was not a problem at all). In the price the ticket for the wonderful Tauern Spa was included, full package with sauna and bathrobe + towel for each day of our stay. But the host also prepares a spa bag in the room which is very practical! You really have the feeling that they care about the guests. The breakfast is nice, they have the best bread we ever had. And.. did I mention that the view is just incredible? :) and on the room's terrace there are comfortable chairs to enjoy the view. We found our accomodation in Kaprun, when we go back we wont look around for another one for sure!

Superb cleanliness, veery tasty and variable breakfast. Spectacular views. Host was absolutely sweet. New bathrooom just shines at you. Would return in a heartbeat. We were just trhrilled.

Pension is very close to the center and also the Sigmund Klamm. Room is nice, loved the comfy bed. Really good breakfast! Free parking. Owner is really nice. And they offer the Kaprun summer card that gets you in for free to some very important attractions in the region.

Simone is an exceptional host and a very kind person. We've stayed in several different ski resorts in all different levels, and our experience with Simone was one of the best. The pension is very cozy with a great Ski Room and you can buy the Ski Pass directly at the Pension. Simone helped us with anything we needed, including special requests. I highly recommend Simones Platzerl for a stay in Kaprun.

It's very close to Kitzsteinhorn, buss station on the other side of the road, so it's really great location. You will find everything you need there, good ski room, bar and restaurant, I did not need to go for shopping after skiing. It's a bit far from town center, so You may need to use car to get there, but if you are for hardcore skiing - it's a good place to stay.
