The location of the hotel is excellent, very close to the exhibition center and about 10 minutes walk to the city center of Wels. In addition there is a bus stop right in front of the hotel.

The room was very quiet, owing to double sets of double- paned windows. The marble bathroom was excellent, and the toilet room included a bidet. The breakfast was great: fresh- squeezed orange juice, honey from a comb, locally- supplied cold cuts, and even the boiled eggs had a choice of soft, medium or hard- boiled.
