Perfect location next to the BLM train station which isn’t noisy at all. Great food at the restaurant at a very reasonable price (considering it is Switzerland) and the staff shows such warmth and hospitality that it makes it a great stay. The wonderful view of Eiger and Monch from the balcony. Lift for those with suitcases and accessibility in general. Lovely clean room and bathroom with a bathtub :)

The location is the perfect Swiss Alp dream!! Staff supper friendly. We stayed at a Spacious ground floor apartment with private bathroom. Perfect location to launch into hiking. Views are breathtaking

I am still dreaming about my stay at this guesthouse. it’s a wonderful chalet nested at the end of the valley (by public transport) and the vistas around are simply magical. The house is absolutely fabulous, with a lounge area and a dining room with wooden tables and a fabulous heating system. This was my cozy spot where I spent many hours reading. Downstairs there is a large communal kitchen, with everything you can dream of to cook. (plates cutlery are in dining room). Upstairs there are 2 levels with rooms and dorms. I had a room with 2 beds, totally comfy. Shared bathrooms and toilets are spotless, 2nd floor is for men, 3rd for women. (1st and 2nd floor if you count stairs like European). Hot water operates with a 1fr coin, for me 5min was plenty of time. Bring a towel as these are not available. also good to bring slippers as shoes are left on ground floor upon entering (which was wonderful). And then there is Diane, owner of the guesthouse, who was graciousness incarnated. A big thank you also to the woman who was cleaning the days I was there, super friendly! a major highlight of my time in Switzerland! NB: the house is old (hence the charm) and noise travels. Be considerate for your fellow roommates, and keep voices down at night, and walk lightly!

Breathtaking. Cozy. Accommodating. We hiked around, sliding on their sleds everywhere. Up and down the amazing mountain cable cars. Available right out the door from Pension. Owners are on sight and most helpful. We sat late afternoon by a stove fire and sipped beer and wine…Homemade dinner. Very very affordable!! Would / will come back.
