This is really a wonderful place, super clean, cozy but with good common areas, amazing comfortable beds and warm at night. Safe location and easy to walk up the nearby hill right into the center of downtown Castro. It was always very quiet here, especially at night. A nice experience to stay in a palofito (stick house).

The woman at the front desk of the hostal was lovely! She was very kind and patient in dealing with a change we needed to make due to a conflict with our bus and flight.
