Everything was great, Good location, The Property Manager Rebecca is very friendly, helpful, speaks English well (special thanks for her), the room is clean and size is very comfortable for solo or couple, generally it was really good experience, I would recommend the property for anyone coming to Zhangjiajie.

We had an incredible stay! The staff were so friendly and helpful, using a translator device to communicate perfectly. One staff member even helped us buy tickets for Zhangjiajie and Tianmen Mountain and gave us a map that was absolute gold. Thanks to him, our trip was smooth and unforgettable. Highly recommended!

From the moment I arrived, Mr. Wally proved to be an exceptionally kind, honest, and helpful host who went above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Yu Yajun and Huang News (speaks English) are great people . They helped me in any way possible. Yajun came to pick me up at the train station, and he showed me around. I stayed for 3 days and they helped me to plan everything. They have all the maps, and they will explain where to go. I am a disable person. They were very friendly and patient, giving me everything I needed. The hotel is in one of the main streets , full of restaurants , street food and markets From the hotel is 3 min walking to the Tienmen's cable car entrance and as well as very close to bus stops. The room is clean and well equipped with everything.

张家界星河清梦民俗客栈 is a recently renovated guest house in Zhangjiajie near Zixia Taoist Temple. The air-conditioned accommodations are 13 miles from Zhangjiajie National Forest Park.

It’s located just inside the west gate of the park, which means that in addition to it being very beautiful and convenient, it also allows those who stay to travel through the park in a direction opposite most other park visitors, slashing wait times for attractions. At the end of a long day in Tianmanshan or ZJJ, it was great to come back to a pool and a delicious home cooked meal. Cannot recommend this place enough!
