Very good location and ambiance. Host is very friendly and accommodating. Wellness is a little pricey but the privacy is worth it. My wife and I had an amazing time.

From check in to check out - the friendliest staff. The rooms were very clean, bed and pillows comfortable, great water pressure in the shower. We chose to have the breakfast there and it was an amazing spread of options, inc fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, sausage, breads, croissants, pastry. The location is just 8-10 minutes from Karlovy Vary downtown and super easy to reach by car, without having to deal with the in town crowds. I wish we had more time as I would have liked to have dinner there as well. The food a saw being served looked fantastic. Would definitely stay here again.

Great apartments, definitely worth the money we paid . Beds ( mattresses ) were very comfortable. Actually I don't remember when i slept that good in the past few years. What impressed us most , was the personal who works on the reception/restaurant , they were super friendly and welcoming . Apartments/hotel are located around 10km from Karlovy Vary. 5 minutes walk from the hotel, there is a train station , and train goes to Karlovy Vary on every 2 hours .Place is nice for people who wants to rest from the city life.We prefer to stay in places like this so this was a perfect match for us. If we visit Karlovy Vary again would we come again here? DEFINITELY.
