The room was large, comfortable, and very clean. The location was by the water and in the old town portion of the city. The staff was polite, kind, and helpful in the lobby, breakfast room, and the restaurant. It was quaint and had an elegant, yet relaxing atmosphere.

We were supposed to get two, but only got one room with loft. We were supposed to get a bathroom, but only got a toilet. No towel and bed sheet service. We asked for new sheet, were promised to get, but did not.
