I enjoyed that a basic mode travel property could be so stylish and clean. Particularly bathroom. Modern, functional, fresh - really good taste and convenience in everything. Kitchen area has a washing machine. My friend who stayed longer, used it. Very convenient.

The location was ideal -- right on Plaza Nueva in Casco Viejo (the most popular square in the best part of town). Bed was very comfortable. WiFi was strong and stable. Security was outstanding -- four combination locks separating our room from the street.

The property was located centrally in Bilbao, in a large and clean palazzo. The staff was extremely helpful and kind. They held our luggage as we arrived before check-in; they gave tips on where to go for food and to see the sights. They spoke perfect English. The room was clean and well-appointed with a large bathroom. The beds were comfortable. Great start to our two week vacation in Spain!

Very well designed boutique hotel. The staff is friendly, helpful. The place is just in the middle of the old town, which we prefer. Easy to enter. Public parking is very close.
