This is definitely not a 2 star hotel! Excellent location, in the Old town, less than 5 min walk to the beach and to the car park. Very nice, clean street. Despite a very central location it was not noisy and we had a very good sleep. The room felt surprisingly spacious and had everything you need. Both the room and the bathroom were spotless. The rooms were cleaned every day. The A/C was powerful but not noisy. The lack of breakfast was not a problem as there are many options to eat nearby. Ana on the reception was very welcoming and helpful. In San Sebastien is almost impossible to find a hotel with a good reviews without spending ridicules amount of money, so this hotel was a real find and we will be more than happy to stay there again.

The location was great-right by the seaside promanade, restaurants, and close to train and bus. Room was immaculate and modern and comfy. Very clean. The best part was the woman who was at the desk-best we have ever had-so very nice, helpful, fluent English. She was absolutely delightful. Good bed, nice linens, good bathroom

Relaxing, clean, nicely decorated. Nice having a pool with sun beds. Off street parking a bonus. Blanca was the perfect host. Always help with the parking and constantly giving good local recommendations for places to eat & places to eat.

This stay was basically a hotel. The building and the rooms are super modern but so so cozy. The beds and linens are extremely comfortable, it was very clean, the shower was great. The check in was super easy too, and self-check in made it super smooth.
