The terraces are lovely! The kitchen facilities very sufficient. My room and the shared bathroom were clean and tidy on arrival. I stayed 2 nights, hiking trails only 5 minute drive away, there was a grocery store just a few meters away and the pueblo is very small in general so it's easy to walk everywhere. I was greeted by a friendly host.

We spent 2 wonderful nights at La Pluma. Joy is an extraordinary host and she has carved out a little slice of Andalusian paradise among the olive groves. Beautifully appointed rooms (ours had a great terrace) and a fabulous looking pool (it was a bit too early in the season for us to dip). Definitely need a car here and if you can’t relax at La Pluma, then stop trying. Three wonderful bedrooms here and Joy provides a very nice breakfast. She also kindly did our laundry for a very reasonable €10. Great suggestions on local eateries. There’s a very nice hike right out the door. We only did 4 miles, but it can be extended for as long as you like. Really a lovely stay. It will likely be a welcome change from anything else you’ve been doing in the region. Top marks.
