Everything about the hotel was spectacular! It starts from their formidable communication, the staff started to get in touch a few days before I arrived, they recommended a great locker drop for me to store my bags while I waited for the hotel to open, due to my very late flight and as they open by 8 in the morning. They were kind enough to give me the room early as I had not slept the day before and a couple of hours of late checkout! I need to also say, all of the employees were super nice and helpful and that was the highlight! The bed was super comfy and I had the best sleep. I would totally give this a 10/10!

The location is superb, most places of interest are walkable and even tours start close by. The room is very clean and comfortable. The staff are very friendly and helpful in guiding you on directions etc. The metro is walkable if you need to use it and all shops and restaurants are on either side down the road. A great choice of place to stay

Everything was really nice. The stuff was really helpful and kind, the air conditioning worked well and the wifi was great.

Hostal Aresol is located only 328 feet from mile Zero, next to the Puerta del Sol. This is an excellent place from which to enjoy the sites of Madrid. There is free WiFi available throughout.

Staff were kind and welcoming when I arrived. The bed was very comfy and the room was exceptionally clean. Though it’s a very small room, it’s perfect for a short stay for a solo traveler and the location was absolutely ideal.
