Staff was friendly, the shower was excellent (good water pressure, warm water and two shower heads), cleaning was provided every day, the beds were comfortable, there was an elevator and also a food store and a nice restaurant very nearby. There were amazing buildings on the way to the city centre.

The lady at the counter was extremely kind and helpful. The elevator was broken and she kept our luggage while we went to park. When we got back she had already taken our luggage to our room, in the 3rd floor!! Thank you very much! We'll come back.

Very nice to have individual rooms with sink in the room! They supplied towels, which was great! Comfortable and clean. Three bathrooms which was very awesome.

It was a comfortable room in a lovely old house. The room was tidy and clean when I arrived and the bathrooms and kitchen were kept spotless throughout my 5-night stay. The owner was friendly and welcoming. The location was a stone's throw away from Plaza Major, and the price was excellent.

In front of the hospital where my father was being administered to after an open heart surgery that ended wrong. Unfortunately i could not enjoy the beautiful scenery of Valladolid city. But for sure a very good place to stay for a couple of nights.
