The property is private and beautifully landscaped. The interior is chic and modern. Everything is pristine clean and there are maps and information on things to do and where to dine. We had the spa room overlooking the garden. It was spacious and beautiful. However, the highlight of this property is of course Princess Pumpkin. She is adorable!

The room was spacious, the bathroom was very nice, the facilities given were of a very high quality, and the homeowner (Richard) was very welcoming. The kitchen had everything we needed to store and eat food, along with a nice dining room to eat at.

Thanks to Karl for making our stay so comfortable. It was truly a home away from home. Loved your cosy kitchen and zen garden with beautiful fish. The room we stayed on had a shared bathroom but there was never a time I needed it and it wasn't free. Room equipped with lots of fresh towels, water, toiletries, tea, coffee and milk. Ironing facility available. We brought in a Chinese takeaway one night and finished eating in the dining room past 11 after which Karl patiently cleaned up after us. Thank you for a wonderful stay!

Harps was so helpful via messaging before our arrival but even more amazing in person. She is lovely and made us feel right at home. The Balincourt was comfortable, clean, delightful and I honestly could have stayed longer. We had a great experience!

Good location. Helpful staff. Good communication. Easy check in and out. Parking very conveniently located right outside. Hand soap and towels provided. The tripple bedroom was quiet. The beds seemed comfortable.
