I really liked my room with comfortable beds, separate arm chair and small en-suite (hot) shower and toilet. The hand basin (for cleaning teeth) is in the room itself. There was a small table with kettle and tea and coffee making facilities. The property was quiet but central and close to the high street. The hosts had been running the guest house for many years and were delightful. There was no breakfast on offer, but that was fine for me as I don't like huge blow-out meals at the start of the day so would have declined anyway.

Location excellent, very quiet area and able to park on street right outside..2 minute walk to a quiet stretch of beach..friendly hosts, attentive and relaxed. Although a bijou room, it was fine for a couple of days and as the weather was good we were out most of the time anyway and there was a garden to sit in. Beds were comfortable and we were able to replenish the tea tray if we needed to.. bathroom good, shower was great and the towels smelled really fresh 👍 Breakfast was lovely, great selection, everything you could have wanted..

Charming old house. Great location. Very welcoming and informative hosts. Located on a No through road. Easy parking in front of property. Didn't try the cooked breakfast but it smelt delicious. Easy walk into town for a choice of places to eat out. Cinema too, and only£4 per ticket. Great sea view from the front bay windows.

This is a great location, near the sea front and the main high street, but not next to a pub or restaurant so is quiet at night. The hosts are very helpful. We have come back several times now and always found the experience consistent and what we wanted.
