Fantastic location. Gwen the owner was lovely made you feel very welcome. A comfortable nights sleep, just what you needed when you have been sightseeing. Breakfast was plenty. Will definitely return again next year.

We spent 3 nights here and it was fantastic! Our room was modern, cosy and relaxing. We Loved the decor throughout the whole property as every little detail was thought about. The hosts were amazing, attentive and sweet, nothing was too much for them. The daily continental breakfast was perfect, Jackie and Greg were friendly, helpful and lovely to talk to and gave us so much advice on where to explore. They made our stay such a pleasure. The old bell is also in such a good location, we would highly recommend the old bell and will definitely be going back - we couldn’t fault our stay at all.

We did not meet the owners or staff . There was a lock box with the key and we were sent the code by email.It was different but was fine. We had a quick answer to a question.

We spent 2 nights here for New Years and absolutely loved it! The room was exceptionally clean and had everything we needed and more. The location was great and had an added bonus of parking. We also loved the personal touches in the room and felt that the owners couldn't do enough for us. Very friendly place. We would recommend to anyone wanting to experience the Norfolk coast. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Perfect location. Close to town (2 blocks), but far enough away for a peaceful setting. It was exactly the English charm that we wanted. Linda was the perfect host.
