Hosts were very friendly and helpful, great location if using the Nevis Range bike uplifts. The showers were great which is always a bonus and there was also secure bike storage for us to use.

This place is a gem! Mark was an amazingly welcoming, obliging, kind host intent on giving you the best service possible. As a chef, he takes pride - and pleasure - in making your stay a memorable experience and will do everything and anything to achieve that. Breakfast was surreal: the buffet alone was mouth-watering; everything was tastefully decorated and more than anyone can possibly eat. On top, you could choose an extra dish which he personally prepared there and then for you - a feast for the eye, the palate - and most certainly the soul! Dora the owner is the most wonderful person I have ever met in my entire life. We had a terrible car accident during our stay in the Highlands and she and her staff have been so helpful, supportive and reassuring. Dora helped us like she was our own family, she is an absolute gem. In addition to everything she did for us, I just want to say that the place is beautiful, lovely, well arranged, and ideally located in Fort William. You will be lucky to stay at this place during your vacation. We will definitely go back there for our next stay in Fort William. When we arrived, we were offered a better room because it was empty. The room was big, clean and had everything necessary. The place is 5 minutes walking away from the city centre.
