We enjoyed our stay at the lodge. Mary-Anne was hospitable and welcoming; the room was extremely comfortable with high-quality bedding. The bathroom was spotless. Bonus: she has two cute Beagles Harry and Frazer if you are a dog lover like we are :)

This is the best nice clean cozy bed and breakfast I have ever stayed in , the room is just fantastic , Kenny the owner was just amazing , great location just a 5-10 minute walk to center of Inverness. Breakfast was all you need . Good quality and quantity homemade delicious.

Pearl, the owner was lovely, like a mum in Scotland! Her recommendation of the walk into town for dinner was well worth noting. The bed and pillows were comfortable. The breakfast pack was a kind thought and it was nice to have a kitchen to use. The Wifi was strong!

This place was incredibly homely and cozy — truly felt like home. The room had such authentic Highland vibes that even without knowing where I was, I would’ve guessed I was deep in Scotland. Breakfast was amazingly delicious, and the location was perfect for exploring Inverness and beyond. Having a parking spot was a big plus. The two ladies running the property were absolutely exceptional. A wonderful stay overall!

My stay at Carisbrooke Guest House was incredible. The experience began with the reception by Joy! What can I say about this guy... He has a smile on his face, makes everyone around him smile, and truly made us feel at home! My husband and I are traveling through Scotland for our honeymoon, and having the opportunity to spend the night and a brief time with Joy certainly made all the difference. The breakfast was the best we had in these 20 days of travel! I highly recommend it to anyone who wants to go! And if we have the opportunity to return to Scotland, I will definitely choose to stay here again.
