The property was perfect for our large group visiting London. Just a few steps from the bus stop and grocery. An easy walk from two metro stations made sightseeing around easy. Andy made sure the house was completely ready for our stay. He had the house stocked with everything we could possibly need to include toilet roll, cleaning supplies, and even shampoo/conditioner. There were plenty of plates, cups, and cooking items for our group of 9. Two full bathrooms with plenty of hot water accommodated multiple showers at the same time. The house is also equipped with a washer/dryer and dishwasher which made doing laundry and cooking a breeze. The property was very clean and the beds were very comfortable which was nice after long days of walking. The A/C kept the property cool during the warmer days. Communicating with Andy was easy and he is quick to respond to any questions/needs.

The landlord was very helpful and understanding. He gave us detailed instructions on how to use various appliances and was always there if we needed him. The room was very clean with everything one would need - large flat screen TV, iron, blow dryer, the scales to weigh the luggage, power adaptera for European plug ins, microwave oven, fridge, toaster, kettle and more. We had plenty of room to store our clothes, big drawers and a closet. Everything was clearly explained. It was very affordable to rent this room and was within a 5 minute walk from tourist sites such as the Tower or the Tower Bridge.

All I can say is that I love this place and would stay again without a hesitation! On arrival, I was warmly welcomed by the hosts and everything felt so comfortable and home-like. The bedroom and adjoining bathroom were of good size and spotlessly clean. I used to live in the UK and at times have some reservations what comes to the accommodation quality, based on my own experiences in the past. The pictures already looked nice on the website, but even better live! A top choice!
