The balcony looks out to Gergeti Trinity Church and Mt Kazbegi. We enjoyed the view tremendously. The breakfast was amazing too! A huge spread to get us ready for the hike up. The location is off the center, but easily accessible with supermarkets and money changers and ATMs nearby. The beds were extremely comfortable - not the soft ones that left our backs aching. Really needed given that we hiked a lot here!

Through our 9 nights in Georgia staying in different hotel/guest house/hostel in many cities, this was the beét accommodation we have ever stayed. The host of this house is the kindest and loveliest and the best host we met. Our room has access to terrace with beautiful view to the mountain and the Gergeti church. Kitchen is well equipped and has full of amenities to cook, tea and coffee are free to use. Comfortable room, comfy bed, heater worked well, very good water pressure. Last but not least, the location is very central, right in the downtown, close to everything. You dont have to walk uphill with heavy luggage in a cold weather which is a big plus. Bus station is just 3 mins walking. We love this place so much and wish we could stay longer.

Great location, the owners were incredibly kind and caring, and the bed is so comfortable! It was a chilly weekend when I was visiting Kazbegi, and they provided me with an electric space heater in the room which was super helpful when I came back from hiking soaking wet and needed to dry my shoes! Would absolutely stay here again!
