Amazing view on mountains. Brand new cozy and very nice hotel with wooden floors, big terrace. It's a family business and there is so much soul in every detail. No breakfast until July but there is a breakfast in the nearest hotel 35 gel per person.

It was an absolutely amazing experience to spend time there 😍 Obviously owner Lela is the best owner I ever met. She helped us with everything: transfers, morning coffee, grocery delivery, bonfire and firewood etc. There was extremely beautiful views from every window on every side of the house.😍 There was many puppies and cats on the front yard. Lela has very comfortable, modern, cozy and warm house (it’s divided into 2 separate apartments) with terrace. It’s located at quiet place called Sioni near by Sakhidari National park. You can take a hike from Sioni to Juta, to Kazbegi, to Truso valley etc We really loved it😍😍😍 We will definitely come again 😍

We liked everything about our stay. The host was very kind and accommodating. They offered to transport us to our excursions (for a fee) which we greatly appreciated because of the convenience. Although the husband spoke limited English, it wasn’t a big deal as we were communicate via translation apps. He was an able driver and even took us around town and told us personal stories. As to the property - it has everything you need. The room was clean and modern. All amenities mentioned were available: hot shower, fully equipped kitchen, washer (although we didn’t use it), toiletries, etc. The views from the balcony were stunning! We almost forgot we had that view because the first night we stayed was very cloudy and then come to wake up the next night and wow! Spectacular mountain views all around. We liked most of all its location - just a few meters away or a 3-minute walk to the center. Use the booking app map rather than the google map for location, because google map had the pin wrong, but Sofia (the host) picked us up when we couldn’t find it. Very much appreciated. She even gave us welcome wine drink, your typical Georgian hospitality.

Great location, the owners were incredibly kind and caring, and the bed is so comfortable! It was a chilly weekend when I was visiting Kazbegi, and they provided me with an electric space heater in the room which was super helpful when I came back from hiking soaking wet and needed to dry my shoes! Would absolutely stay here again!

Staff is very friendly and supportive. We arrived quite late but he still waited for us, and gave us additional blankets while the weather was cold. Nice view to the mountains and Gergeti church. Tidy and nice room
