Truly one of the best guesthouses in Georgia (and I've stayed at a lot of guesthouses!). The rooms are very comfortable and spotlessly clean with a jar of coffee, tea bags and a kettle provided. The hosts are very hospitable and kind, they invited me for dinner and gave me fruit from the garden. Great location close to the train station and walking distance from the centre of town.

The guest house is located a bit outside the main city area. You can either walk (25 min) or drive into town. You can park right in front of the guest house. The house itself is very nice with large clean rooms. Our room had the largest shower I’ve seen during our whole time in Georgia. The room also had tons of storage, but no hairdryer. The guest house did not offer breakfast, but there is a shared kitchen in the basement level that you can use to cook food. There was some coffee and tea options that you can partake of. The host also let us use the washer/dryer that is located by the kitchen area. We only had one night there but could have stayed more!

the family was very kind and even gave us some fresh kiwis off their tree! We were close to my favourite restaurant, Diaroni. There was room to park our car in the yard. The beds were comfortable. The value for money was excellent.

I had an amazing experience at this hotel! Despite being quite affordable, it really exceeded my expectations in every way. The room was spotless, comfortable, and everything was in perfect working order. What truly stood out, though, was the exceptional service. Irakli and his parents were incredibly warm, friendly, and attentive, making me feel right at home from the moment I arrived. The food was fantastic, and I must say, the wine they served was absolutely beautiful—such a lovely touch! Overall, I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a great stay at an unbeatable price. Definitely a hidden gem!
