The staff were exceptionally helpful. They went out of their way to assist from the arrival at the airport, linking me up with a driver and even assisting me during one of the days when I was stranded commuting to a conference. Sure, there may be other pricier and more luxurious hotels in the same area, but Charis is a small family owned business you will be promoting. I especially thank Emmanuel, he was very helpful and the food was very nice too.

Connect Africa Apartments is truly Accra’s best-kept secret. It’s hands down the best place I’ve ever stayed in Ghana. The property is impeccably clean and well-maintained, and it's easy to find. The atmosphere is peaceful and private, offering a perfect escape. The host, Eyram, is gracious and exudes the charm of someone with international experience. She’s incredibly delightful, accommodating, and strikes the perfect balance of helpfulness without being overbearing. Her assistant, Evelyn, was also very kind. The environment is safe and respectful, making it a place I feel completely comfortable. I’ve stayed in many places, but I’ve never had a single complaint here—it’s simply too good to be true. I highly recommend this place to anyone, and it’s now my favorite spot in Ghana. I’m already looking forward to my next stay. The only request I’d make is for breakfast during my next visit. Martin was very responsive and the on site attendant Philip was so so helpful. He was at my door every morning to clean my room and made me coffee even though I didn't book for breakfast. There was more than enough supplies including bottled water. Rooms look exactly as on picture and environment is serene.
