Let us start with the view. It is absolutely gorgeous. Then Direct access to the small beach with amenities (sunbeds, kayaks, sup board, snorkeling gear, shower). Studios are spacious, neat and with a full kitchen, cutlery, and something very important for me personally: wine glasses. Internet was good, as well as AC. The roll-up mosquito curtain on the door was a nice touch, it allowed us to listen to the waves all night. Small details such as beach towels, coffee and refreshments in the refrigerator really helped us feel welcome. The ability to park, in front of the house or close by was also a nice perk.
