“We received a warm welcome from the owner as soon as we arrived. The guesthouse is very clean, modern, and in a great location. Our room was spacious and had everything we needed with a very comfortable bed and pillows. We slept very well. The owner was incredibly kind, he waited for us even though we arrived late at night, gave us helpful tips about the area, and even drove us to Entrance 2 of Plitvice Lakes in the morning. Breakfast was delicious and generous, prepared by a lovely woman who was both kind and polite. We were really happy with our stay and would absolutely recommend this place.”

Extremely well cared and beautiful garden. Lots of flowers and trees. Large enough territory makes it easy find a place to relax. There are some very friendly cats and a small dog you children will love. Also there is a playground and a trampoline for kids, which was a very pleasant surprise. Breakfast is delicious. Fresh homemade bakery just stunning. Also it is big enough to take something with you to lakes. Our kid did enjoyed fruits and donuts along the way.

Only a 15-minute walk from Plitvice Lakes in Mukinje, the traditionally built Villa Knezevic-completely renovated 2025 offers authentic Lika-style accommodations made from stone and wood.

This place is absolutely amazing, especially if you are checking out Plitvice Lakes. It’s only a few minutes from both Entrance 1 and 2. We arrived late but was still able to walk to the pizza place down the road. There’s a grocery store in case you wanted to stock up on snacks. The room itself was amazing. VERY spacious, nice kitchen, roomie bathroom, TV in living room and one of the rooms. We loved it.

House Pljesevica in Plitvička Jezera provides accommodations with a garden and a terrace. Both free Wifi and private parking are available at the guest house free of charge.

Such a lovely host and hostess. A beautiful property. This was the place which had a great sunset view. Quite place and so well organized. Our room was in 2nd floor and right opposite to the room we were supplied with cutlery, water bottles, fridge and all essentials. It is slightly far from any hotels or restaurants, hence having Cutlery made us eat our food nicely. It was summer with 30 degrees and we had a fan in the room which was so good to beat the heat. The best part was when we were exiting at 6.30AM or so quietly, the host runs down to wish us safe travels and a wave! Made me realize that you don't always need to know the language to communicate!!! Thank you for taking care of us so well. Your gesture reminded us of our home where they come out, wave us goodbye and wish us good luck!!

We had the most wonderful stay here! It was just what we were looking for after being in larger cities the week prior. We were coming from Pula where it was 89° F each day, so at first we were nervous when there was no air conditioning listed. Alas, this was not a problem as the temperature at night was quite cool. The babbling brook outside our window lulled us to sleep each night, the host was amazing, and the breakfast was outstanding!
