The staff people at The Kutaya were beyond kind and lovely. The location is very close to the airport which was convenient for me after a long trip. The neighborhood is very local and busy, and not that many touristic places nearby. The hotel is at the end of the street which is good because there isn't that much street noise. Wifi works well. Overall a great experience.

The hostel is in a nice location with everything available close by. The room was clean and comfortable. They have a pool which was super nice and a hang out area. They serve unlimited pancakes in the morning which was also super nice. The staff were really friendly and helpful.

Very clean. Hot water and good water pressure. Bathroom didn't have that sewage smell like some places in bali. Strong and cold aircon. Good location close to barber, beach, restaurants, markets laundry etc. Staff was kind and quiet.
