This lovely Victorian building is in quiet, private walled gardens and is 3 km from Cork city centre, with buses stopping outside the door. It is now a 4-star guest house and has free Wi-Fi and parking. The room and the bathroom were very big. The bathroom was refurbished nicely. Breakfast was to die for! The staff ladies were polite and helpful!

Wonderful staff, made us feel at home without being intrusive. Perfectly close to UCC, and a brilliant coffee shop just around the corner. Lovely B&B, great shower, nice rooms. Between all the academics at the conference, we basically booked the place out!

They created a lovely atmosphere. I was taken back by how clean and fresh the place was, you had everything you needed. Price very was reasonable for what you're getting and especially the location!
