We stayed here for a few days after our wedding to relax, and it was the perfect getaway. The warm and cozy environment of Cansaulim made it an ideal spot for unwinding. The host, Lionel, was truly amazing. When Chris wasn’t feeling well upon our arrival, Lionel went above and beyond to help us with medicines and made sure we were comfortable. He’s such a kind and hospitable person, always ready with fantastic recommendations for local cuisine, restaurants, and fun events. The rooms are beautifully designed, and the cleanliness and hygiene are impeccable. There’s also a lovely common sitting area with a grapefruit tree adorned with lights, adding a magical touch to the property. The location is very convenient—just a short walk to Cansaulim circle, with easy access to shops and the beach. Overall, it was a wonderful stay, and I can’t recommend it enough. We’re already planning to visit again in the next few months!

I have been on 30+ stays on booking.com and this was by far one of the best. The facilities were exceptionally clean, the room was light, the panorama in the balcony is beautiful. Not only that, the owner was very kind to help to book a taxi, book us 2 tour programs at a very good price and help with any inconveniences. And everything at a very affordable price. So if you see that rooms at this place are available, this is your last time to book it, you wont find anything better in Goa.

Really amazing place to stay, I felt like a celebrity or something in a luxury resort! Massive rooms, very peaceful vibes being away from the streets and by the jungle, and yet only like 10 mins walk to beach. Sajjan was an incredible host too, really goes out of his way to look after you and make sure you're all good. Food was really tasty too - pretty cheap, high quality, and I think fairly healthy (I miss it already!). In my room wifi signal was also good (I was on a work trip, and had no issues connecting at anytime - not sure if it's the same in all rooms though). Recommend this place highly.

Property is very clean and hygienic. Walkable to the beach. The property owner Mr. Glen is very helpful and genuinely guides you with everything you need in Goa. Mainly I had the room from 16-18 but due to my kids school I had to change the dates 2days ahead and I was worried about last minute changes that if I could get the property to stay. Booking.com it said sold out but later I called the owner Mr Glen and told the issue and he was so kind to understand the issue and help me move my dates without any extra charges and this is only with him I think. Usually as we check in to any hotel they ask for the payment first but here till I myself opened up and asked he didn’t even ask for payment. This is very very rare. The location is great: walking distance to the center but in a rather calm and quiet street. The room was spacious and clean and very comfortable. The owner is super nice and helpful. Great stay in Panjim!
