I stayed for two days at Lake Face Guest House during Diwali and had a great experience. The hospitality by the owner, Mr. Neeraj, was excellent. The room and bathroom were very clean, and the bed was comfortable. All the rooms have a lake facing view which makes the morning chai taste better. Mr. Neeraj was generous enough to offer a complimentary breakfast on the first morning, which was delicious. Overall, it was a pleasant stay with a welcoming atmosphere. The only minor downside was the slow Wi-Fi, but it didn’t affect my experience much. I highly recommend staying here and plan to return during my next trip to Udaipur.

Location is the first to mention. It is 500m away from the City Palace, 290m away from the major temple and 200m away from another Palace Museum. The room is clean and the food is good. The staff is nice and professional. Especially worth mentioning is that I left my cell phone in the room. The owner helped find it and will send it back to my home address, since I am still traveling around. I strongly recommend this hotel.
