everything. From the very nice welcoming to the breakfast the other day. the bathrooms were clean. the rooms were spacious with individual desk for everyone. We were the only ones that day and it was even better. the owners were so nice with us and the kiddos, making everything to feel us at home, and we did!

We arrived extremely late in the evening so contactless check in was very appreciated. We also liked that the staff had put a notice which rooms are ours. That helped a lot for us tired tourists. All the facilities were clean and well maintained. Liked the art and the little interior objects. This place is someone's gem they cherish and maintain. The shared kitchen is very well equipped. Used it to prepare proper breakfast and did some meal prep for the road.

Super clean and excellent facilities. The kitchen was large and very well stocked. The house was so lovely and charming with such a soulful vibe. The hosts put a lot of love into it and you can feel and see it in the details making it a very enjoyable and comfortable place to stay. The hot tub and cold plunge was such a treat. Very nice location, close to Reykjavik and Vik, very convenient to visit the golden circle from. The rooms were decent, the curtains could use some love/attention. You'll have to fix your own breakfast but that didn't bother. The hot tub is a nice bonus.

The cottage is directly next to the road from Selfoss to Geysir, yet it was super quiet and peaceful. The mattresses were extremely comfortable and the kitchen brand new. We had an issue with the outside facilities but the host was very quick to react and offer an alternative. We were truly sorry to leave after 3 nights.
