This cute hotel is located in the most beautiful, quaint little town ever. Things were extremely clean inside, the host was more than accommodating and communicated very timely with us. Plenty of places to eat and drink at, all within walking distance. The lake view and endless places to explore was the vacation from our vacation in Rome. We were even surprised with fire works from our window for their September festival. It was so nice to slow down and enjoy beautiful Anguillara Sabazia

    It is an apartment in the townhouse building, located on the ground floor with the neighbors shared parking space (not the whole villa like one can imagine from the photos). No stairs and floors - everything is on the same level. Everything is carefully and well-organized with love and respect from the hosts. Quiet and peaceful place with the huge area inside and outside. It was a great value for the money.

    The place was a hidden gem. Great location right in the heart of Anguillara Sabrazia. A small but very comfortable apartment, which was spotlessly clean. Our host, Lorenzo was very attentive by letting us know how to get into the apartment. We went to a superb restaurant two minutes walk away called Ciccio. Fantastic food and the owners were so welcoming. We don't speak Italian and they were happy in talking through the menu with us.

    Great place in a pretty little town. Right at the lake and in the old town. Very good communication with the host. Clean, well stacked (coffee, water, prosecco etc) and quiet.

    The apartment "Borgo e Lago" was really a great experience. It's located in the centre of the small town of Anguillara Sabazia, which is a huge plus since the town centre is charming but small, while the rest of the town is not great. The hosts were great, they were really kind in adapting to our needs in terms of check-in time. The apartment is the right size and we found it very clean. Overall a great value for what we spent

    Beautiful, warm and affordable apartment that feels like a stand alone house because of how quiet the neighbourhood is. The old town of Anguillara is magical. The host is responsive and the bed is super comfortable and has excellent bed linen.

    This is a great apartment to stay near Rome. Filippo is a great host who responded to our requests and in particular suggested a great parking lot in the center of Rome. The accommodation contains everything necessary for a full stay there for several days or more. I really liked the comfortable bed, the possibility to park on the private territory of the property.
