It was a lovely room with everything we needed plus snacks:) The host is great and made it very easy. Fast reply to all our questions. The location is good and a nice quiet neighborhood. The room was clean, the bed was comfy and we loved the balcony.

The location across the street from the train station was perfect for us since we knew we would be taking daytrips to Verona and Ravenna on the train. The room was very clean, modern, & well-stocked with toilet paper, and soft, white, quality towels. The bed was comfy too. Convenient small appliances to make espresso & hot tea are also available. Our host, Federico, was very communicative and helpful. The room is cleaned daily, fresh towels replenished. Fresh croissants and coffee are included at the Stazione Bar across the street. A nice way to start the day! Can highly recommend this location as long as you are not looking for a true hotel with a lobby, bellboys, and a restaurant within the hotel. This is truly " independent" & flexiblevliving in the beautiful city of Bologna.

Great accommodation for a visit to Bologna - lovely clean rooms in a central location, very comfortable and spacious, generous additional inclusions such as drinks and snacks available in the main lounge. Owners were responsiveness and helpful via message including access pre-check in and post-check out for luggage storage. Would recommend to anyone visiting Bologna.
