Being in a museum and very old rooms, it was surprisingly very clean (and I have dust mite allergies). Zero issues at all! Extremely comfortable bed.

The location was great, right on the route for ViaFrancigena. The host there was very nice and welcoming. The smell, the moment you walked in the smell or fragrance was very nice. Strange comment I know but I noticed it. I must say I was surprised at some of the negative comments and I’m so glad I took those with a grain of salt. Our room was wonderful.

Perfect for what we needed. Perfect location and very clean! Host was very communicative and went above and beyond - when we got there it was pretty late and she called a restaurant for us and asked if they could stay open for us. Also appreciated the snacks and coffee for breakfast. The place is also super cute. Also loved having coffee on the balcony.

This facility is excellent. Not only is the property beautiful and clean, but the manager was extremely kind, patient, and honest. She is absolutely wonderful and her B&B is a gem in Civita. The breakfast was delicious, and the manager even drove us to the bus stop! When my husband accidentally left his backpack in her car, she immediately returned to the bus stop to deliver it.
