Good communication. Hosts are friendly. Within walking distance from the ferry/cruise port & city center. If needed, laundromat & luggage storage near by. Big plus- elevator building. Sweet Dream provided us with airport transport directly from cruise terminal ( no need to ride shuttle) at a reasonable charge. Strong wifi & able to watch TV with streaming.

The host was very warm and welcoming! He gave us great information regarding places to eat and how to get to the cruise terminal the next day. The space was beautiful and there were many thoughtful touches. There was food available so we could make breakfast and have snacks. There were toys for the kids to play with. Mabell is so very helpful. She arranged pick up from FCO for us. She brought me to a few store before taking me to the cruise ship as I had forgotten a couple of things. We purchased dinner from her and it was absolutely amazing. Her dog Pupa is just so adorable. She's a happy little greeter. Rooms were perfect clean and comfortable. Wifi worked great. Air conditioning worked great. We felt safe. I think I could ask for anything and Mabell would try to accommodate.
